  • a rush of new business
  • illness or resignation
  • inefficient systems
  • a VAT visit
  • preparation of the end-of-year accounts
  • the need for market information

Even knowing where to start can be difficult. I’m familiar with these pressures and I can respond quickly to how you work. I can come to your office – during the week or at weekends – to help clear the backlog, and get you moving again.

We can then set aside time to look at what might need to change to prevent the same problem happening again.
