Sharing and letting go of pent up frustrations about customers, suppliers and staff, or simply acknowledging and exploring general concerns and anxieties all help to bring a calmer perspective from which you make better and more balanced decisions about yourself and your business.
Who Comes for Supervision? – a wide range of professionals, from owner managers of small and large businesses, to self employed trades, team leaders and owners of start ups. They come from a wide range of industries and professions including hospitality, legal, the creative sector, funeral directing, manufacturing, retail and entertainment .
Why They Come – there are times when the pace of business and personal life can feel brutal and relentless, crashing energy levels and plummeting enthusiasm. The start of the slippery slope is when you answer ‘Fine’ to questions about yourself and when you feel like hiding away, rather than taking on the day.
What They Gain – it’s so important that you set aside time for yourself, as an essential part of your business life, so that the constant demands of phone calls, texts, e-mails & social media don’t further drain your energy and impact on the clarity and speed of your thinking.
The Benefit of Regular Sessions – setting a rhythm to the supervision is an important part of the work, making sure that you have regular breaks away from business distractions and so you can begin to build a new way of thinking and planning.
Timings – sessions are 50 minutes each and booked in blocks of six. Held weekly, fortnightly or monthly, at my office near Withdean sports ground, everyone I see takes away a new insight, or action from every visit they make.
No Obligation First Session – at the first meeting we’ll explore what you’re looking for and the various ways forward. At that point, there’s no obligation to continue and you’ll have time to think things over before making any decisions.
Take Action – Book a Session – start improving the quality of your business life and contact me on 01273 508207 or via firstname.lastname@example.org to set up an initial meeting.
